What You'll Do:
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming inventory against packing slips.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with a focus on accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment (Forklift, Pallet Jack, or RF Scanner) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; training provided.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and work in varying temperature conditions.
