Responsibilities
- Operate high-reach forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Ensure all safety protocols and OSHA regulations are strictly followed during operations.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning tags and logging stock movements.
- Collaborate with team leads to streamline workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Keep the work area organized, clean, and free of hazards at all times.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator (Class A, B, or C) required.
- Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex safety instructions.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems.
