Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning barcodes and logging stock movements into the WMS.
- Perform daily pre-shift safety inspections on all forklift equipment to ensure compliance.
- Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of trip hazards at all times.
- Collaborate with the shipping and receiving team to meet daily production targets.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies strictly.
- Assist in general warehouse duties as needed, including palletizing and shrink-wrapping.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator (Counterbalance, Reach, or Clamp preferred).
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) is a plus but not mandatory.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Ability to pass a background check and a pre-employment drug screening.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
