Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently to load and unload shipments.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and scanning.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
- Perform regular safety checks on equipment before use.
- Assist in the packaging and labeling of products for distribution.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (must be presented at interview).
- Previous experience operating forklifts (reach trucks, forklifts, etc.) is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
