Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Load, unload, and stack products onto trailers, pallets, and shelves according to safety protocols.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections to ensure machinery is in good working order.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and organize stock to maximize storage efficiency.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and logistics operations.
- Perform basic housekeeping duties in the work area to maintain a clean and organized facility.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Certification (OSHA compliant) or ability to obtain one.
- Previous experience operating forklifts (Counterbalance, Reach Truck, or Pallet Jack).
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and logging inventory.
