Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load and unload trucks and merchandise from delivery vehicles.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Inspect forklifts for any mechanical issues and report maintenance needs immediately.
- Perform inventory checks and manage stock placement with high accuracy.
- Ensure proper documentation of all daily operations and cargo handling logs.
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to streamline workflow and meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator (CFA) or equivalent experience is required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety protocols.
- Basic math skills for inventory and stock management.
- Valid driver's license (not required for operation, but preferred).
