Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and move materials safely.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts to ensure machinery is in safe working order.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment in strict compliance with OSHA standards.
- Verify inventory accuracy and ensure proper labeling, sorting, and stocking of products.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily shipping and receiving targets efficiently.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and report any unsafe conditions immediately.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to workplace safety.
- Must possess a valid driver's license (Class B is preferred but not strictly required).
- Willingness to undergo on-the-job training to obtain forklift certification.
