Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely to load, unload, and transport goods.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of the forklift to ensure it is in proper working condition.
- Organize and stack inventory in designated storage areas accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to 5S safety standards.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company operational procedures strictly.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding inventory needs.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (Class A, B, or C).
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required for immediate hires.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including overtime during peak seasons.
