Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently.
- Inspect forklifts for defects and perform routine maintenance checks before shifts.
- Organize and stock inventory in designated warehouse areas accurately.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and OSHA guidelines to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Complete necessary paperwork, including delivery receipts and inventory logs.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (CFA) license required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols strictly.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts including weekends.
