Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery (Forklift, Pallet Jack) to load and unload shipments efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Manage inventory accuracy and stock organization within the warehouse.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator (Must provide valid license/certification).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse or distribution center setting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures and regulations.
- Must be available for overtime and weekend shifts as needed.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
