Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently to move products within the warehouse.
- Load, unload, and stack pallets with precision and care to ensure product integrity.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and routine maintenance checks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times, adhering to 5S principles.
- Assist with inventory counts, stock rotation, and cycle counts accurately.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and throughput goals.
Qualifications
- Valid and current forklift operator certification (Class A, B, or C).
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required for immediate hires.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to operate heavy machinery with accuracy.
- Must be available to work rotating shifts or overtime as needed.
