Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move, load, and unload materials efficiently and safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards and 5S protocols.
- Inspect forklift equipment daily for safety and operational issues before starting shifts.
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and proper labeling of stock.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to streamline workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator (OSHA 10/30 or equivalent certification).
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License (Class C).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Experience with RF scanners or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
