Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to move, locate, and stock products.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure they are properly packaged for shipment.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse area clean, organized, and clutter-free to facilitate efficient workflow.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and warehouse staff to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience operating forklifts (Counterbalance, Reach) is preferred but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Certification: Possession of a valid forklift operator certification is a plus.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and navigate uneven terrain.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on safety and accuracy in all tasks.
