Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack: Select, pack, and prepare customer orders according to specific instructions and quality standards.
- Inventory Management: Scan items using handheld scanners to maintain accurate inventory records and prevent shipping errors.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and conveyor systems.
- Space Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area to ensure optimal workflow.
- Quality Control: Inspect packages for damage and ensure proper labeling and sealing.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other warehouse staff to meet daily production goals.
- Overtime Availability: Be willing and available to work overtime during peak seasons to support business needs.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and the ability to follow complex pick lists.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we provide training.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
