Responsibilities
- Safely operate powered industrial trucks (Forklifts) to load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of forklift equipment to ensure proper functionality and safety compliance.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counting as directed by management.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure timely order fulfillment and efficient workflow.
- Keep the work area organized, clean, and free of debris at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous forklift experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to obtain a valid forklift certification within the first 30 days of employment.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic computer skills for logging work activities.
