Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and move products throughout the warehouse.
- Verify inventory accuracy by counting stock and recording location codes.
- Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
- Perform routine safety checks on forklift equipment before use.
- Maintain accurate documentation for all inventory movements.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (Class A, B, or C) required.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
