Responsibilities
- Select merchandise from warehouse shelves based on customer orders.
- Pack items securely into boxes, cartons, or crates with appropriate protective materials.
- Label packages accurately using barcode scanners and printers.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packing.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to adhere to safety standards.
- Load and unload delivery trucks efficiently during shift changes.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy is preferred, but not strictly required.
- Reliable transportation to the Indianapolis facility.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
