Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to safely load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock is organized and easily accessible.
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and shipping schedules.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Experience: No previous forklift experience is necessary; on-site training will be provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and walk on various surfaces.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and a drug screen.
- Attire: Candidates must provide their own steel-toed work boots.
