Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other heavy machinery to move, locate, and relocate stock within the warehouse.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts to ensure equipment safety and functionality.
- Load and unload trailers and trucks efficiently to maintain workflow.
- Keep accurate records of inventory movement and stock locations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid, current Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or material handling is preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift heavy items for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Valid driver's license (Class C) is a plus.
