Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move, load, and unload products safely and efficiently in the warehouse.
- Inspect forklift equipment daily to ensure proper maintenance, cleanliness, and functionality before operation.
- Organize warehouse inventory and maintain accurate stock records to ensure order accuracy.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to prevent accidents and ensure a safe workplace.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and maintain high productivity levels.
- Perform daily cleaning duties to keep the work area organized and hazard-free.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills for safety labels, inventory lists, and operating manuals.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening prior to employment.
- Strong commitment to safety and reliability in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not mandatory for this entry-level position.
