Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment according to customer orders and specifications.
- Verify accuracy of items picked against work orders using handheld scanners.
- Inspect products for defects and ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the warehouse.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks as required by training.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read product labels and barcodes.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality control.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
- High school diploma or GED (equivalent work experience considered).
- Reliable transportation to and from the Houston facility.
