Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts (Counterbalance, Reach, or Pallet Jack) safely and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Load, unload, and stage merchandise for shipping and receiving with high accuracy.
- Conduct regular safety inspections of equipment and work areas to ensure compliance.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update logs as necessary.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company operational procedures at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Certification: Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Experience: Previous experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse setting is preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on safety, accuracy, and organization.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts with immediate availability to start.
- Background: Must pass a standard background check and drug screening.
