Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Prepare and package orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Perform cycle counts and participate in monthly physical inventories.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve operational issues.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but on-the-job training is provided.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8-10 hours per shift).
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and perform manual labor.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
