Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and transport goods safely and efficiently.
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections and maintenance checks to ensure operational safety.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock is organized and easily accessible.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, OSHA guidelines, and company policies.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and hazard-free.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (Class A, B, or C) is required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center setting.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
