Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and powered industrial trucks to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse and dock areas.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts to ensure safety and proper functionality.
- Scan and verify inventory using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Stack and organize pallets securely to maximize warehouse space and prevent accidents.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
- Assist in general warehouse duties as needed during down times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Must be able to stand, walk, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification through our training program.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
