We are looking for reliable team members who can operate forklifts safely and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and powered industrial vehicles to move, locate, set up, and store materials.
- Inspect and perform routine maintenance on forklifts to ensure safe operation.
- Load and unload freight from trucks, trailers, and railcars.
- Verify inventory counts and ensure accurate stock placement in designated storage areas.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Perform general warehouse duties such as sweeping, shoveling, and organizing.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator License (Class 3 or higher).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations and forklift operation.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong ability to lift up to 50-75 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and documentation.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends if required.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
