Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and transport goods safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records in the warehouse management system.
- Ensure the workspace remains organized, clean, and free of safety hazards at all times.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies regarding equipment operation.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Perform routine pre-shift inspections of forklifts to ensure proper functionality.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Forklift Operator Certification (must be presented at interview).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse or logistics setting (preferred).
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and material handling procedures.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
