Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack items from warehouse shelves according to customer orders with high accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Scan products using handheld scanners to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep your designated work area organized, clean, and safe at all times.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered industrial trucks (such as forklifts or pallet jacks) as required by your specific shift assignment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; on-the-job training provided.
- Reliability: Consistent work history and a strong work ethic.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to picking and packing to minimize errors.
- Background Check: Must pass a standard background check and drug screen.
