Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other heavy machinery safely and efficiently to move, locate, and relocate stock.
- Load and unload materials from trucks, pallets, and containers with precision.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of equipment to ensure safety compliance.
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (required).
- Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or industrial setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting heavy loads and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting.
