Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas.
- Strictly adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Perform routine safety inspections and maintenance on equipment.
- Maintain a clean and hazard-free warehouse environment.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to meet daily productivity goals.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to management immediately.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating forklifts is preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing/walking for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends if needed.
