Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damages and discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Organize warehouse storage areas to ensure efficient workflow and safety compliance.
- Perform daily cleaning and equipment maintenance checks.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety guidelines and company policies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Forklift certification (Class A, B, or C) is a strong plus.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs frequently and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Reliable transportation and a commitment to punctuality.
