Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials to and from storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify and count incoming stock, ensuring accuracy against delivery tickets and purchase orders.
- Package and prepare materials for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Assist with inventory audits and stock rotation to prevent spoilage or obsolescence.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Material Handler or Warehouse Associate is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Valid Driver’s License (Class B or CDL not required but a plus).
