Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and transport products within the warehouse and to delivery vehicles.
- Conduct daily pre-shift safety inspections on forklifts and equipment to ensure OSHA compliance and safe operation.
- Sort, stack, and organize inventory according to established safety and organizational standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by tagging and logging stock movements into the warehouse management system.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and warehouse rules to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Collaborate with the shipping and receiving team to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (OSHA compliant) is required.
- Previous experience operating counterbalance forklifts is preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
