Responsibilities
- Load and unload pallets and materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Conduct daily safety inspections of forklift equipment to ensure proper working order.
- Verify inventory accuracy by counting stock and updating warehouse management systems.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily shipping targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Certified forklift operator license (or ability to obtain one immediately).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking.
- Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail.
