Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
- Load and unload trucks, pallets, and containers with precision and care.
- Inspect equipment daily for maintenance needs and report any safety issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace that adheres to OSHA regulations.
- Assist in inventory management, including scanning and organizing stock.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to undergo forklift certification training (We provide training for qualified candidates).
- Basic reading and math skills for inventory scanning.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong commitment to safety protocols and company policies.
