Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery to load, unload, and move materials safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and safety checks.
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and inventory turnover.
- Adhere to all company policies regarding safety and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous experience operating a forklift is highly preferred.
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse scanners is a plus.
