Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of forklifts to ensure mechanical safety.
- Utilize RF scanners and handheld devices to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Ensure pallets are stacked according to safety guidelines to prevent tipping or damage.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily throughput goals and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (OSHA 10 or equivalent certification).
- Minimum 1-2 years of previous warehouse experience.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Ability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
