Your Responsibilities
As a Forklift Operator, you will play a critical role in our supply chain. Your daily tasks will include:

- Safely operate powered industrial trucks (Forklifts) and material handling equipment to load, unload, and move materials within the facility.
- Inspect forklifts for safety issues and perform routine maintenance checks before each shift.
- Verify inventory counts using scanners and ensure accurate documentation of stock movements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure timely processing of orders and shipments.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Forklift Certification (must be presentable).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse setting.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and OSHA standards.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math and computer literacy for inventory scanning.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
