Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials safely within the warehouse.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and perform pre-shift safety checks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist with inventory management by tagging and sorting stock accurately.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipping.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States.
- Willingness to obtain a forklift certification (training provided).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
- Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
