Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment in accordance with OSHA standards.
- Load, unload, and move materials to and from storage areas or vehicles using proper lifting techniques.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts to ensure they are in safe operating condition.
- Accurately count, scan, and document inventory to maintain precise stock levels.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including sweeping, organizing pallets, and removing debris.
- Follow all safety protocols and warehouse policies to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and shipping targets efficiently.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (Class A, B, or C) with valid license.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is preferred.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of standing for long periods, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, nights, and weekends as required.
