Responsibilities
- Operate powered industrial trucks (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) to load, unload, move, and stage products in compliance with safety regulations.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and complete documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all OSHA and company safety protocols.
- Perform routine inspections of forklift equipment to identify potential issues and report maintenance needs.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to optimize inventory flow and meet daily production targets.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock replenishment as required.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (valid certification required).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Ability to read and interpret work orders and safety labels.
- Valid driver’s license (Class C or higher) is a plus.
