Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently to load and unload materials.
- Conduct pre-shift safety inspections of forklift equipment to ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform stock counts as required.
- Follow all safety protocols and warehouse regulations to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Keep the warehouse organized and clean.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (Must be present).
- Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse setting is preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Basic math skills for inventory management.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
