Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and transport goods safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections on forklifts and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Verify inventory accuracy by tagging, stocking, and organizing products in designated storage areas.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company operational policies.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Assist in general warehouse duties as needed, including packing and shipping preparation.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (valid license required).
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics setting is preferred.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts.
