Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to load and unload materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper organization of stock.
- Conduct daily pre-shift safety inspections of forklifts and report any maintenance issues.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline warehouse operations and meet production targets.
- Perform general warehouse duties, including picking and packing orders.
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (Class A, B, or C) is required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or industrial setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically fit to perform manual labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems.
