Job Overview

Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring cargo is secured properly and damage is minimized.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and stock organization using RF scanners or manual systems.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment (5S standards).
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Certification (OSHA 10/30 preferred, but certification training available for qualified candidates).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods, and navigating uneven surfaces.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Basic reading and math skills for inventory and paperwork.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
