Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (reach trucks, order pickers) to load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning barcodes and logging stock movements into the WMS.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections on forklifts to ensure mechanical safety and functionality.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to prevent accidents.
- Organize warehouse aisles, pallets, and storage areas to ensure maximum space utilization and workflow efficiency.
- Collaborate with day shift teams to ensure seamless handovers of inventory and production targets.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Forklift Operator Certification (Class 3 preferred).
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable experience in a warehouse or logistics setting.
- Ability to work rotating Night Shift schedules (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing/walking for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
