Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently.
- Inspect forklift equipment for maintenance needs and report any mechanical issues or safety hazards immediately.
- Organize warehouse inventory and ensure accurate stock levels are maintained within the storage area.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all staff.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and efficient workflow management.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of debris at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus but not required.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and excellent teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts and overtime as needed.
