Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections to ensure equipment is in safe working condition.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Assist with inventory management, stock organization, and order picking.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (Class A, B, or C) is required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
- Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory counting.
