Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and move products safely.
- Inspect equipment daily for safety issues and report any mechanical malfunctions to management.
- Verify accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments by checking tags, labels, and documentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety and sanitation regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
- Perform general warehouse duties as needed, including inventory counting and record-keeping.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (required).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehousing or logistics is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills for logging inventory or timesheets.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and attention to detail.
