Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other heavy machinery to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
- Ensure all safety protocols and OSHA regulations are strictly followed at all times.
- Inspect equipment for defects and perform routine maintenance checks.
- Accurately record inventory movements using warehouse management systems.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience operating forklifts in a professional warehouse setting.
- Valid Class A or Class B Forklift Certification.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety procedures.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking software.
